This Privacy Policy applies to www.readwritetechnology.com, owned and operated by RWL Tech, LLC (“RWLTech”, “We”, “Us”). This Privacy Policy describes how RWLTech collects and uses the personal information you provide. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which you have engaged RWLTech. We also use your personal information together with other personally non-identifiable information to help us better understand our users and to improve the content and functionality of the site. In order to create an account with our site, we require you to provide your first and last name, address, phone number and email address. We will only use your profile information to personalize and improve your experience with our platform.

If you have filled out a user profile, we will provide an obvious way for you to access and change your profile from our site. We will even allow you to completely delete your profile along with all personal information associated with that profile, although this option may significantly degrade your experience with our platform. Any RWLTech employee that we determine has acted in violation of this Privacy Policy will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. We will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints and disputes regarding the use and disclosure of Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of this policy. Disclosures Specific to the RWLTech Platform

With regard to Business Plans created by enterprise customers of RWLTech, RWLTech collects information under the direction of its enterprise customers, and has no direct relationship with the individual employees of such enterprise customers whose personal data we collect and process. If you are an employee of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by our marketing communications, please contact your employer. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our enterprise customers.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Thereafter, RWLTech will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
